The role requires strong culinary expertise, leadership, cost control, and food safety management skills to ensure consistent food quality, efficient kitchen operations, and high standards of guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Operations ManagementMenu Planning and DevelopmentFood Safety and HygieneF. Quality Control and Guest SatisfactionG. Equipment and Kitchen MaintenanceH. Catering and Special Events Educational & Experience QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Food Production.Relevant professional culinary qualifications will be an added advantage.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in professional kitchen operations, preferably in reputed hotels, resorts, institutional catering, or large-scale food service establishments.At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role, such as Executive Chef, Head Chef, or Chef de Cuisine.Experience in bulk cooking, banquet operations, multi-cuisine preparation, and large-scale catering is preferred.
