Executive/Sr Executive Compliance(LLPs and Companies) - Consulting Industry

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) & LLB Graduate with 3–4+ years of in-house experience in legal and regulatory compliance for a Big6 firm.CTC - 10 LPAEducation - CS+LLBIndustry - Consulting background only (Big 4 and candidates working on NDA/Contracts etc from the inhouse general counsel team.)Location - Delhi / Mumbai / BangaloreResponsibilitiesManaging compliances for the LLPs and CompaniesPrepare Partnership Deed - including retirement and admission deedfiling forms with various regulators including ICAI, NFRA, IBBI, etcReview and drafting of NDAs for engaging with clients of the firminternal project management on compliance related aspects.RequirementsHandling internal & external stakeholders with strong legal acumen.draftingThe person must be a CS & LLB graduate passed out from a reputed law college having more than 3 - 4 years of an inhouse experience in a big organization having multi-disciplinary practice elements working within it.Having excellent written, presentation and spoken English skillsAbility to work in a diverse team as an individual contributor.
