The brand is committed to elevating Saudi fashion on a global stage while preserving cultural identity and artisanal techniques.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Riyadh. The Fashion Designer will create seasonal collections, from concept and mood boards to sketches and technical drawings, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury couture vision and Saudi heritage. Daily responsibilities include selecting fabrics and textiles, developing embroidery and embellishment details, overseeing fittings, and collaborating closely with pattern makers and tailors to refine garment construction. The role also involves researching trends and regional influences, preparing samples and prototypes, and working with the creative team on runway looks, client orders, and custom coutureQualificatins * Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.* Knowledge of Textiles, fabric selection, and material behavior suitable for luxury couture garments.* Proficiency in Embroidery and decorative techniques, with attention to intricate detailing and craftsmanship.* Experience with garment Fitting, draping, and collaboration with pattern makers and tailors to achieve precise silhouettes.* Strong client-facing and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand clients’ needs, preferences, and expectations.* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, present and explain design concepts, and confidently persuade clients to make design and purchasing decisions.* Proven ability to negotiate with clients, handle objections, close deals, and convert consultations into confirmed orders.* Ability to maintain professional communication with female clients, build long-term relationships, follow up on inquiries and orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client concerns, complaints, modifications, and design-related issues professionally and efficiently.* Degree or formal training in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.* Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD tools) is an advantage.* Strong visual sense, creativity, and understanding of luxury markets and Saudi cultural aesthetics.* Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary creative team.
