# 📢 WE ARE HIRING!## Fashion Designer – Men’s & Women’s Wear📍 **Location:** Ramesh Nagar 💼 **Experience:** 1–3 Years 🕒 **Employment Type:** Full-Time 💰 **Salary:** As per experience and skills ### Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Fashion Designer specializing in Men’s & Women’s Wear**, with experience in **Streetwear, Activewear, Sportswear, and Athleisure**.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current fashion trends, fabric selection, garment construction, and end-to-end product development.### Key Responsibilities- Design and develop men's and women's collections across streetwear, activewear, sportswear, and athleisure.- Create designs for T-shirts, joggers, shorts, track pants, hoodies, sweatshirts, leggings, crop tops, and other casual and performance apparel.- Research fashion trends, market demands, colours, prints, silhouettes, and styling.- Develop mood boards, design concepts, sketches, and seasonal collections.- Select suitable fabrics, trims, colours, and accessories.- Prepare technical packs, garment specifications, measurement charts, and size charts.- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, and production teams.- Review samples, fittings, and garment quality to ensure design accuracy and product standards.### Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in streetwear, activewear, sportswear, athleisure, or casualwear.- Experience in both men's and women's apparel design.- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fitting, and product development.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.- Ability to create technical sketches, tech packs, and design presentations.- Good understanding of fashion trends, market research, and commercial design.- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.- A portfolio showcasing relevant men's and women's apparel designs is preferred.### How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated CV and portfolio showcasing their work in **Men’s & Women’s Wear, Streetwear, Activewear, and Athleisure**.📩 **Apply Now!**
