Finance & Business Support Assistant to Co-Founder | Remote

Tagada is an e-commerce CRM and payment platform for DTC brands: we help them run their store and process payments across multiple acquirers. We're a fast-growing team of about 45.As co-founder, I'm looking for someone to back me up day to day.What you'll doYou take over what eats my time, and you move it forward without me having to chase. A typical week:

• Handle admin and legal follow-up: contracts, documents, contractor paperwork, invoice follow-up, tracking open points with our lawyers.
• Support me daily on the full follow-up of merchant debt collection: tracking outstanding balances, sending reminders, coordinating with account managers and our collection agencies, keeping the tracker up to date.
• Take emails and follow-ups off my plate: draft replies, chase partners and providers.
• Work with me as a link with the team (account managers, tech, compliance) and our providers (accountants, lawyers).
• Pick up whatever lands unexpectedly. The role is broad and priorities shift fast.What you need
• Fluent in french and english
• Remote, with good overlap with Dubai hours.
• Experience in a similar role, with a background in admin and/or legal.
• Versatile: you adapt quickly and handle very different topics in the same day.
• You take initiative: you spot what needs doing, propose solutions.
• Organised, reliable, and you don't let things slip.
• Discreet: you'll handle confidential financial information.
• At ease with tools (Google Workspace, Slack).
• A plus: experience in finance, legal, payments or collections.What you get
