Finance ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ControlLead timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the Group.Oversee group consolidation activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.Deliver meaningful management reports, highlighting key business trends, risks, and opportunities.Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial information.Financial Planning & AnalysisLead annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments.Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.Monitor business performance against budget and identify areas for improvement.Cash Flow & Treasury ManagementManage cash flow planning, forecasting, and liquidity requirements.Oversee payment processes and working capital management.Maintain strong relationships with banking and financial institutions.Support financing activities, treasury management, and funding strategies.Tax, Audit & ComplianceEnsure timely statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory submissions.Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including tax planning and reporting requirements.Coordinate external audits and ensure smooth year-end closure processes.Maintain sound financial governance and compliance practices across the Group.Process Improvement & LeadershipDrive finance transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and process efficiencies.Strengthen internal controls and improve reporting capabilities.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capability.Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
