Finance Manager

About the roleA growing hospitality group in the UAE is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its finance function across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role overseeing accounting, cost control, compliance and management reporting, working closely with senior leadership to support the business as it continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities.Oversee daily sales and cash reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.Lead cost control, including food costing, stock counts and variance reporting.Manage payables and receivables, supplier reconciliations and payment planning.Track capex and pre-opening costs for new venues.Run payroll and manage related accruals.Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and prepare for the annual audit.Prepare monthly management accounts, weekly flash reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts.Support stakeholder reporting and identify opportunities to protect margins.Key Ingredients6 to 8 years of accounting experience within the UAE F&B or hospitality sector.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or a related field; a CMA, ACCA or CPA qualification is preferred.Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.Experience managing multi-entity accounts and supporting new openings.Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.Organised, detail oriented and comfortable working independently.Please note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.
