Department: FinancePosition: Finance ManagerAbout Iman DevelopersIman Developers is a boutique real estate development company based in Dubai, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and delivering thoughtfully designed residential developments.With a growing portfolio of real estate projects, we focus on creating exceptional living experiences through contemporary design, quality construction, and attention to detail.As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to our financial management, operational efficiency, and continued growth.Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury operations, and financial controls across the company’s real estate development activities.The role requires strong financial expertise within the property development sector, a thorough understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements, and the ability to lead a finance team while supporting strategic business decisions.Key Responsibilities1.

Financial Planning & AnalysisAnalyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and analytical reports to support business planning and decision-making.2. Financial Reporting & Regulatory ComplianceOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Oversee the handling of Expression of Interest (EOI) forms, reservation forms, Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, and reservation agreements.Supervise the finance team in managing payment issuance, payment receipts, and follow-ups on outstanding payments.Review contractual agreements specific to the property development sector, particularly payment terms relating to main contractors.Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure appropriate resolution of audit findings.Oversee VAT return preparation and filing.Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.3. Treasury & Cash Flow ManagementManage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.Oversee TAS inflows and payments from project escrow accounts.Monitor banking activities and develop effective cash management strategies.4. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, supervise, and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.Establish clear departmental goals, responsibilities, and performance expectations.Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback, guidance, and coaching to team members.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, or an MBA.Equivalency of the Bachelors degree is a mandatory requirement.Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience within the real estate development industry.Strong understanding of financial principles, investment analysis, and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience managing finance teams and driving results.Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
