Financial ControllerService Sector - Dublin 18Position DescriptionOutstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance executive to join the finance team of a fast-growing Healthcare Group, as it embarks on an aggressive market expansion strategy.The business is well geared up for growth and development and the Group Financial Controller will play a lead role in supporting the CFO to support the next phase of growth. Role will involve:Leading and developing a small teamMonthly management accounts preparation for multi-site businessAnnual report preparationTax compliance, statutory reporting, payroll ad BS recsBudgeting & ForecastingFinancial Modelling, developing plans for growth and managing riskActing as key point of contact with the auditorsDelivering new process improvements to allow for more automationFinance lead on new projectsAd-hoc project work will be broad, varied and ongoing as company expands, eg. M&A, greenfield site development, and further systems developmentHybrid work model – 3 days office, 2 home.Candidate BackgroundIdeal candidate will have the following background:Qualified Accountant with high-energy levels and the ability to thrive in a high growth environmentExcellent academic track record and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Financial Controller position, ideally within an environment where labour is a primary cost, eg, retail, healthcare services or hospitalityExperience in a multi-site environment, SMELeadership skills and experienceCommercial savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skillsOur ClientOur client is a fast-growing multi-site Services business with expanding operations nationwide, and HQ in Dublin 18.RemunerationHighly attractive remuneration package including salary to €100k level doe, strong bonus, and pension.
