We are responsible for implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions for the firm Global Financial Crimes division which manages the Firm's Anti Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions/PEP & Adverse News Screenings, Know your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption programs. FCT supports the Firm s lines of business (Wealth Management, Institutional Banking & Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, and Investment Management). Our technology stack includes a broad variety of proprietary and in-house developed solutions as well vendor products, especially NICE Actimize technologies.The Case Manager and Workflow (CMW ) team within FCT is seeking a highly skilled consultant developer that will be responsible for the design and delivery of technology solutions for Actimize UI applications. The candidate will be working with multiple squads to implement various scenarios using strategic architectures for our next generation automated and AI solutions, to drive innovation while meeting regulatory expectations. The candidate should have led the implementation of multiple large-scale projects, worked with global technology teams and should possess a proven track record of successful delivery. Domain expertise of financial crimes technologies is preferred.Responsibilities Will IncludeDesign and delivery of various alert generations and case creation workflows.Migrate existing legacy scenarios/processes to strategic architectures.Write code that accurately reflects the requirements and design documents.Coach junior team members to maximize their performance and potential.Proactively seek knowledge through external and internal sources.Leverage DevOps to automate application testing and deployments.Required Skills7+ years of hands-on software development experience in Actimize ActOne and Java ecosystems.Proficiency in eRCM Development Alert Types, Views, DART, Workflows, User, Group, and Role Entitlements, Platform Lists, Widgets, XSL, Administration.High proficiency with eRCM Plugin Development, Actimize scheduler, and Actimize tools.A full understanding of the ActOne database schema.Knowledge of Actimize suite and customization (ActOne, Case Management, FinCEN SAR Module).Strong understanding of Windows & Linux infrastructure3+ years of hands on experience working on Core Java.Strong Database skills including SQL, procedures and query tuning.Service Design Concepts, OO and Functional Development concepts.Strong oral and written communication skills a must.Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach.Analytical & Self-Starter.Desired SkillsAIS concepts and understanding of Actimize models .Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau.Knowledge of test-driven development and applications such as Playwright, Cypress, and SeleniumDevelop and maintain web applications using HTML, Angular/TypeScript and other modern JavaScript frameworks.Experience with Java and related back-end technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, JDBC).Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Familiarity with financial market data.
