Backed by a leading investor and operating in a high-growth, recurring revenue environment, the business is entering an exciting phase of scale and is seeking an FP&A Manager to strengthen its commercial finance and strategic planning capabilities.Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will sit at the heart of the business, providing financial insight, challenging decision-making, and supporting key value creation initiatives.The RoleOwnership of budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processesDelivery of monthly management reporting, KPI analysis and performance insightsBusiness partnering with commercial and operational stakeholders across the organisationFinancial modelling, scenario planning and strategic analysis to support decision-makingSupport production of board packs, investor reporting and lender requirementsAnalysis of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC and customer profitabilitySupport value creation initiatives, acquisitions and integration activitiesDrive continuous improvement across reporting, systems and FP&A processesAd hoc project work for the CFO and wider leadership teamThe CandidateACA/CIMA/ACCA QualifiedExposure to SaaS, software or recurring revenue business modelsPrevious experience within a private equity-backed businessStrong financial modelling and analytical capabilitiesAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data setsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercially minded with a desire to influence decision-makingAmbitious individual seeking a fast-paced, high-growth and PE-backed environment with clear progression opportunities
