Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

The FP&A Manager – Business Partnering will support GDFI’s newly established Finance pillar, embedding Finance as a strategic partner to Sales. This role is accountable for delivering forward‑looking insights, planning, and decision support, while ensuring clear separation from accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the FP&A function, providing planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis to support sales targets and business decisions.Partner with Sales and Operations to deliver pricing strategies, scenario modeling, and performance insights.Ensure clear cadence, reporting standards, and service levels aligned with business needs.Supervise and develop finance professionals redeployed from FSR & Analytics and Budget departments.Collaborate with other Finance pillars (Comptrollership, Treasury, Transformation & Data) to ensure seamless integration and stewardship.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in FP&A or business partnering leadership.Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.Ability to influence stakeholders and translate financial insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication skills and collaborative leadership style.Experience in sales‑facing finance roles or commercial finance is an advantage.CompetenciesStrategic thinking and business acumenStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsLeadership and team developmentStakeholder management and influencing skillsSystems orientation with ability to leverage data for decision‑making
