Location: Centratama Head Office – Central JakartaWe are looking for an analytical and business-oriented Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, business performance analysis, and market intelligence.If you’re interested in exploring this opportunity, you can also send your updated CV to kezia.fitrari@centratamagroup.com to apply!ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial modeling processes.Coordinate budget submissions from departments and evaluate actual budget utilization and variances.Prepare and analyze P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and financial projections.Analyze financial performance, profitability, and key business drivers, providing actionable insights to management.Support funding activities, including loan applications, fund disbursement, repayment, and credit agreement compliance.Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.Prepare business cases, management reports, and ad-hoc financial analyses.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial planning and reporting processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Finance, or Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial/equivalent position.Previous experience in a Big 4 firm is preferred, particularly in areas related to financial planning, financial analysis, management consulting, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, accounting, funding, and financial analysis.Strong analytical and business acumen.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
