Finishing Supervisor

📢 WE ARE HIRING | FINISHING SUPERVISOR | DUBAI Job Summary :- We are looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to supervise daily finishing activities for villa construction projects in the UAE. The role involves managing workers and subcontractors, monitoring workmanship and quality, coordinating site activities, and ensuring finishing works such as tiling, flooring, painting, gypsum ceilings, and joinery are completed according to approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily finishing activities at project sites.Oversee interior finishing works, including painting, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, tiling, joinery, and other decorative finishes.Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and other site teams to ensure smooth execution.Monitor workmanship and ensure all finishing activities meet required quality standards.Ensure work is completed according to project schedules, drawings, and specifications.Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team to resolve them.Maintain site safety, productivity, and proper work practices.

Requirements
