🚛 We’re Hiring: Fleet Manager | Ashford, ALAMX Trucking is looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team in Ashford, Alabama! If you have a passion for transportation, building relationships with drivers, and keeping fleet operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for a fleet of professional drivers.Coordinate driver schedules, load assignments, and home time requests.Monitor driver performance, safety, and DOT/FMCSA compliance.Work with dispatch, operations, maintenance, and customer service to maximize efficiency.Coach and support drivers to improve performance, retention, and job satisfaction.Resolve driver concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.Assist with onboarding new drivers and tracking fleet performance.What We’re Looking For:Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or driver management preferred.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and truckload operations is a plus.
