We're hiring one founding leader who owns both sides: General Manager (sales, retention, facility, front-of-house, scheduling) and Head Coach (~30 hours/week on the floor, coaching standards, programming partnership with founders).What you'll own

• ~30 hours/week coaching on the floor
• Membership sales and growth
• Retention and hospitality standard
• Facility and front-of-house operations
• Scheduling and day-to-day studio ops
• Programming partnership + coaching standards as the team growsWho this is forA true boutique-fitness player-coach. You've run ops or GM'd / head-coach'd a studio and you can still hold a heavy weekly class load. Barry's / SoulCycle / F45 / Equinox / BFT / independent boutique backgrounds welcome.Minimums
• PT cert (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ACSM) or equivalent + willing to certify in 90 days
• CPR/AED
• 5+ years coaching with ability to coach ~30 hrs/week
• 2+ years studio ops / GM / head coach with commercial ownership
