Founding Principal Engineer (Full-Stack TypeScript) | NYC | Up To $250k + Equity

Software Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Series B healthtech company in New York.They’re looking for a Founding Principal Engineer to work directly with the CEO and set the technical direction of the product.The company provides mental healthcare for families through in-person clinics and virtual therapy. You’d be building the platform that runs all of it: patient-facing, clinician-facing and everything in between.As Founding Principal Engineer, you’ll own everything from requirements through to UI and decide what gets built and what doesn’t, within an AI-first environment.Required experience:6+ years building full-stack products, with experience as a founding or early engineer at an early-stage startupExperience owning architecture and technical roadmap end-to-endTypeScript, Node.js and ReactComfortable owning product decisionsExperience in regulated environments (healthcare, HIPAA, fintech) is a strong plusThe role is 3 days in-office in New York City, base salary of $200k – $250k + Equity + Benefits.Founding Engineer | Principal Software Engineer | Staff Full-Stack Engineer | Lead Engineer | TypeScript | Node.js | React | AWS | LLMs
