We're partnering with an innovative and rapidly scaling technology business seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join their finance team at a pivotal stage of growth.Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll act as a key business partner, driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making and helping shape the company's future trajectory.The OpportunityAs FP&A Manager, you'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes while delivering meaningful analysis that influences business performance across multiple functions.Key responsibilities include:✅ Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle✅ Delivering insightful management reporting and performance analysis✅ Partnering with commercial, operational and technology teams✅ Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and growth projects✅ Identifying risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations✅ Enhancing FP&A processes, reporting tools and data quality✅ Supporting board, investor and executive-level reportingAbout YouWe're looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with:✔ Previous FP&A experience within a technology, software, SaaS or high-growth environment✔ Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities✔ Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills✔ The ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights✔ A proactive mindset and desire to influence decision-making
