We’re fully remote and use our own in-house tech and AI tools.The roleThis is a freelance opportunity for someone based in Portugal to coordinate maintenance on our UK homes remotely. Portugal is on UK time, so the hours line up.You’ll oversee maintenance requests from first report through to completion, making sure each issue is properly assessed, prioritised, coordinated and resolved. You’ll work closely with contractors, owners and our operations team.
