The Dubai location brings this established expertise to clients seeking safe, effective, and contemporary skincare solutions in a premium environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Representative role based in Dubai. The Front Desk Representative will greet and check in clients, manage appointment bookings and scheduling, handle incoming calls and inquiries, and provide accurate information about services and clinic policies. The role includes managing reservations, maintaining client records, processing payments, and coordinating with medical and aesthetic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. The representative will uphold professional standards of client service, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and support daily administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.Candidates should possess solid Phone Etiquette and Reservations skills to manage calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings efficiently.Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including front desk operations, appointment handling, and basic administrative tasks.Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a clinic & aesthetic environment and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Candidates should be proficient in English (additional languages are an advantage), comfortable with basic computer and scheduling software, and able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
