FTE DSS L3 Engineer

We are Hiring: FTE DSS L3 EngineerCity: Johor Bahru, MalaysiaSupport Type: Full-Time Support (FTE)Language Requirement: English & Local LanguageScope of Work (SOW):- Provide L3-level technical support for complex desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.- Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, Windows OS, and network-related problems.- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, user permissions, and account-related issues.- Handle advanced application troubleshooting, system configuration, and performance optimization.- Investigate recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.- Support endpoint management, security updates, patching, and system upgrades.- Manage escalated incidents from L1/L2 teams and ensure resolution within SLA requirements.- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and other IT departments to resolve complex technical issues.- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and incident records.
