General Accountant / Accounts Executive / GL Accountant

Role Description The Director at LA ARENA is a full-time leadership role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Director is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that organizational goals are met efficiently and sustainably. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, establishing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement across departments. The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders, partners, and clients to strengthen LA ARENA’s market position, develop new initiatives, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
