General Manager, Aēstec Dubai (City Walk)

Build Aēstec in Dubai.We are looking for the General Manager who will turn our City Walk clinic into the reference for European standard aesthetic medicine in the region.About AēstecAēstec is a premium clinic group focused exclusively on injectable treatments, with clinics in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and now Dubai. We are led by a young, fast moving management team and we do things differently from the rest of the industry: no mass discounts, no generic clinic feel, but a sharp brand, honest medical advice and natural results. Our growth has been built largely on social media with more then 100K followers on Instagram @aestec, and we bring that same approach to Dubai.The roleYou run the clinic as if it were your own. You are responsible for daily operations, the team, the patient experience and the clinic’s commercial results, and you work directly with the founder. We are looking for someone for the long term. Once City Walk is firmly established, our ambition is to open more Aēstec clinics in Dubai, and we want to build that next chapter together with you.What you will doLead daily operations, front office and patient flowRecruit and onboard the clinic team, including DHA licensed doctors, front office and support staff, in close alignment with the founderUse your network to attract experienced aesthetic doctors and build a strong pipeline for future growthOwn DHA compliance, licensing and clinical quality standardsManage the relationship with our landlord, accountants and key suppliersOversee stock, systems and administrationWork closely with our marketing and social media partners to turn online attention into booked patientsDrive the clinic towards its revenue and profitability targets, with clear monthly reportingWhat we look forProven experience as a general manager or clinic manager in Dubai, ideally in aesthetics, dermatology or premium healthcareA strong network within Dubai’s aesthetics and healthcare community, including DHA licensed doctorsA proven track record of hiring and building teamsHands on knowledge of DHA regulations and licensing processesExperience serving an international and European clientele at a premium service levelCommercially minded, with a feel for social media driven brands: you understand patient acquisition, conversion and marginsFluent English; Arabic is a plusBased in the UAE with valid residencyWhat we offerA fixed salary of AED 35,000 to 45,000 per month, depending on experience and profile, plus a performance componentA senior, long term role with real ownership, and the opportunity to grow with us as we expand to more clinics in DubaiDirect collaboration with a young, ambitious management teamUAE employment visa and medical insuranceA workplace at our new clinic in City Walk, Dubai
