The successful candidate will be employed by the client and based at its premises in Jeddah.Role DescriptionThe General Manager will lead the company’s overall business strategy, commercial performance, and operations. The role requires an experienced executive who can drive revenue growth, strengthen profitability, develop teams, and improve the company’s competitive position.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategy and annual operating plans.
• Lead overall financial and operational performance against agreed objectives.
• Oversee sales, procurement, inventory, logistics, and after-sales service.
• Set revenue, profitability, and cost targets and monitor departmental performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and brand partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee pricing and promotional strategies.
• Evaluate product portfolio performance and identify market expansion opportunities.
• Improve operational processes, resource allocation, and customer experience.
• Build management capabilities and establish clear accountability across departments.
• Present business results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to owners or the Board.Qualifications
• At least 20 years of experience in the electrical and home appliances sector, including experience managing companies within the industry.
• Previous experience with companies such as Zagzoog, Alesayi, eXtra, SACO, LG, or Samsung is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead business growth, improve profitability, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in business planning, budgeting, sales, and operations management.
• In-depth understanding of market dynamics, distribution channels, supply chains, and after-sales services.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with owners, business partners, and key customers.
