General Manager - Finance ( Dairy Sector )

Reporting to the Sector Head and partnering with Group Finance and key business stakeholders you will shape decisions that drive sustainable growth, strengthen financial performance while supporting the farming communities integral to our value chain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth plans.Oversee management accounting, financial reporting and performance analysis, providing timely insights to support management decision-making.Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital, with a strong focus on liquidity, collections, inventory and overall financial efficiency.Ensure full compliance with taxation, statutory, regulatory and financial reporting requirements.Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management frameworks, ensuring effective controls across business operations.Lead and develop the Sector Finance team, ensuring efficient finance operations, timely reporting and strong business partnering across functions.Partner with business and operational teams to drive cost optimization, profitability improvement and sustainable business performance.Candidate Requirements: Passionate about Sri Lanka; you're committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka) or professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA.MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management will be an added advantage.10+ years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.Background in FMCG/Manufacturing, preferably in the dairy sector.Sound knowledge in management accounting, LKAS/SLFRS, and taxation.Hands-on experience in ERP systems, preferably JDE.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team development skills.Embody our Values: Customer Centric, Accountable, Respect, Green, Innovative, Love, Lead & Serve the Nation.Interested candidates are invited to apply directly via LinkedIn.
