General Manager – Industrial Refrigeration - Bilingual

Job Purpose:The General Manager serves as the highest-ranking executive within company and is responsible for the overall leadership, management, performance, and strategic direction of the organization. The role provides oversight of all business functions, including Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Projects, Service & Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Health & Safety, and Quality.The General Manager is accountable for delivering sustainable growth, operational excellence, people performance, profitability, and long-term value creation while ensuring full alignment with the strategic objectives and governance requirements of Client’s Group.
