Job SummaryNaeem Hospital Mohlanwal Branch is looking for an experienced *Senior Registrar – General Surgery* to join our surgical team.The ideal candidate should be a *PGR in General Surgery* with *4–5 years of relevant clinical experience, strong surgical exposure, and preferably **near completion of postgraduate training / close to Consultant level*.### Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage surgical patients.- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient care.- Manage emergency and elective surgical cases.- Assist in and perform surgical procedures according to competency.- Conduct daily patient rounds and monitor progress.- Handle surgical emergencies and provide timely management.- Coordinate with Consultants, Residents, Anesthesia, Nursing, and other departments.- Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records.- Ensure compliance with patient safety and infection-control standards.- Participate in on-call and emergency duties.### Requirements- *MBBS* from a recognized institution.- *PGR / Postgraduate Resident in General Surgery.*- *4–5 years of relevant experience in General Surgery.*- Preferably near completion of *FCPS/MS General Surgery* or equivalent postgraduate training.- Strong exposure to general surgical procedures and emergency cases.- *Valid PMDC registration/license.*- Candidates *close to Consultant level* will be highly preferred.- Good clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.### What We Offer- Competitive salary package.- Professional and supportive working environment.- Opportunity for career growth.- Long-term professional association with Naeem Hospital.
