Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a German Instructor based in Alexandria. The German Instructor will be responsible for teaching German language courses to middle school students, developing engaging curricula, preparing teaching materials, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Additionally, the instructor will assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement in language proficiency and comprehension. Qualifications Experience teaching German to middle school students, with strong skills in Language Arts and effective classroom management.Proficiency in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to various learning needs.Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues, and to foster a positive learning experience.Fluency in German, both written and spoken, with a deep understanding of German culture to enhance student comprehension and immersion.Bachelor’s degree in Education, German Studies, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience or certification in language instruction is an advantage.
