Office Location: SCBD, South JakartaWork Arrangement: Work From Office (Monday to Friday)About the RoleWe are hiring a SSC/People Operations Specialist to join our Global people Team, based in Jakarta. In this role, you will deliver global high-quality HR operational support, partnering with the HRBP, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience — from onboarding through off-boarding.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on operational work, thrives in a multi-country environment, and wants to grow their HR career within a global function.ResponsibilitiesOwn onboarding, internal transfers, and off-boarding, and act as the main contact for new joiners in their first weeks, working closely with HRBPsSupport HR setup for new countries in the regionAct as the main contact for EOR and payroll vendors, track deliverables and SLAs, and escalate issues when neededMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and track visa, insurance, and assignment expiry datesHelp build HR policies, SOPs, and country Q&A documents, and recommend process improvementsHandle daily operational tasks and employee inquiries, owning issues through to resolutionAudit payroll inputs (new hires, salary changes, leave, terminations, business travel) before each cycleCoordinate between vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies quicklyQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services, ideally supporting employees across multiple countries.- Solid knowledge of Indonesia employment practices and labor regulations; familiarity with employment laws and HR practices in other APAC markets (e.g., Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) is a plus.- Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and HR documentation.- Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) vendors and HRIS platforms.- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in handling employee data and HR documentation.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Additional language proficiency is a plus; Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not required.About AI RudderAI Rudder is a conversational AI company on a mission to transform how businesses communicate with their customers — across voice and digital channels that feel genuinely human.
