This role is responsible for creating visual assets for branding, marketing, and property-related materials across digital and print channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing original graphic concepts, designing logos and brand elements, preparing layouts for brochures, presentations, and online campaigns, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all projects. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with marketing, realty, and hospitality teams to translate business objectives into clear, engaging visuals. The role also involves refining existing designs, preparing files for production, and maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio of digital and print work.Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout to create clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) is beneficial.Relevant experience in real estate, hospitality, or corporate branding, and the ability to work on-site in Phnom Penh, is advantageous.A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Strong collaboration skills, time management, and the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback are important for success in this role.
