Our offering consists of specialized technology solutions, contact centre and business process outsourcing services, to serve the increasing needs of financial institutions and organizations with strong consumer transactions business, such as Retail Banks, Public Utilities, Telecommunications Providers and large Private Companies.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Group Chief Accountant, who will play a key role in overseeing the full spectrum of accounting/tax operations ensuring compliance, leading audits and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.Lead day-to-day accounting and tax operations across all Group companies, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including the consolidation of financial statementsEnsure compliance with applicable IFRS, local GAAP and myDATA requirementsLiaise with external auditors, tax authorities and regulatory bodiesOversee warehouse operations and ensure effective inventory management and controlFollow up affiliate companies abroadOwnership of Group Transfer Pricing file, ensuring proper coordination and compliance with applicable requirementsMentor, develop and support accounting team members, fostering professional growth and operational excellenceProvide financial insights and analysis to support strategic planning and business decision-makingRequirements10+ years of experience in accounting, taxation and finance, including experience in a Chief Accountant or similar senior roleBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
