Location: Uxbridge (3/4 days in the office)Eton Bridge Partners have been retained to appoint a Group Financial Controller for an established, family owned construction, infrastructure & energy services business that that is experiencing strong continued growth.

The company has recently received major financial investment to upgrade new system capabilities as the business looks to expand.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of accurate, timely statutory and management reportingMaintain robust financial controls, policies, and compliance frameworksOversee group consolidation and general ledger integrityManage audit processes and external reporting requirementsDrive continuous improvement across finance systems and processesSupport ERP optimisation and wider digital transformation initiativesOversee revenue recognition within a project-based environmentLead, develop, and strengthen a high-performing finance teamPartner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-makingCandidate ProfileProven experience in a senior financial control or group reporting roleStrong technical accounting expertise and audit exposureExperience operating within complex, multi-entity or project-led businessesTrack record of improving processes, systems, and controlsConfident leader with strong stakeholder management skillsExposure to ERP environments and transformation programmes is advantageousThis role offers the chance to join a forward-looking organisation undergoing significant transformation, with investment in systems, people, and processes.
