Head of FP&AMulti-Site Consumer BusinessLondon | £90,000-£100,000 + Bonus + BenefitsA high-growth, multi-site Hospitality business is looking to appoint a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning and performance analysis across a large and expanding estate.Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, you'll own the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, providing clear insight into the operational drivers behind business performance. You'll partner directly with Operations, Property and Marketing leaders, helping to shape strategic decisions through robust analysis and commercial challenge.Key responsibilities include:Leading budgeting, forecasting and 3-5 year planning cyclesDriving weekly and monthly performance reporting across the estateAnalysing sales, labour, margin and site profitability trendsSupporting new site openings through business cases, investment appraisals and payback analysisDeveloping scenario modelling to support strategic growth decisionsEnhancing reporting, planning and BI capabilities across the finance functionPresenting commercial insights to senior leadership and investorsBuilding and developing a high-performing FP&A teamWhat we're looking forACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedStrong FP&A background within hospitality, QSR, retail or another high-volume multi-site consumer businessProven experience owning budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processesDeep understanding of site-level economics, labour productivity and operational KPIsAdvanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capabilityStrong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior operational stakeholdersExperience working within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentExposure to investor reporting or value creation initiatives would be advantageous
