HEAD OF LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with 10-15 years to lead domestic and international logistics, export-import operations, shipment management, banking, regulatory compliance, and team performance within the textile industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the logistics team and manage end-to-end domestic and international operations.Oversee export, import, merchant export, and third-country shipments.Manage shipment planning, transportation, vessel bookings, and timely deliveries.Supervise shipping documentation, L/C, CAD, BRC/e-BRC, and banking operations.Manage export incentives, including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and DGFT filings.Ensure compliance with DGFT, ICEGATE, EPCG, IEC, RCMC, and AD Code requirements.Coordinate with banks, CHAs, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.Monitor logistics costs, insurance, claims, detention, and demurrage.Resolve operational issues and drive process improvement and team performance.Key Skills & CompetenciesGraduate with 10+ years of logistics experience with Leadership experience of minimum 5years, preferably in the textile industry.Strong knowledge of domestic and international trade and export-import procedures.Expertise in shipping documentation, L/C, CAD, BRC/e-BRC, and banking operations.Hands-on knowledge of DGFT, ICEGATE, RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, and EPCG.Understanding of freight management, vessel planning, Incoterms, and insurance.Strong team management, negotiation, coordination, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Why Join UsOpportunity to lead domestic and international logistics operations.Scope to drive trade compliance, export incentives, and cost optimization.Opportunity to strengthen operational efficiency and team performance.To Apply - Send your updated resume to hr@square-corp.com with the subject line: "Application for Logistics Head"
