Head of Logistics Transformation & Operations

Our ClientAn established food manufacturing group in Oman is looking to transform its distribution operations into an integrated, future-ready logistics network.Your RoleThink Network Design. Think Build & Run.We are looking for a seasoned logistics leader to design, consolidate and lead the Group's distribution network across ambient, chilled and fresh product categories.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement an integrated Group-wide distribution network.Consolidate logistics operations, warehouses, fleets and resources across businesses.Establish and lead a centralized, shared-services logistics function.Optimize warehousing, transportation, fleet utilization and last-mile delivery.Build e-commerce fulfilment capabilities and support new routes to market.Drive CAPEX/OPEX planning, technology adoption, cost efficiencies and service improvements.Lead the transformation and take full ownership of ongoing logistics operations.Must Have15+ years in logistics, supply chain and distribution leadership.Proven experience in both designing/restructuring distribution networks and subsequently running them.Strong FMCG, food manufacturing or multi-category distribution background.Experience across ambient and temperature-controlled distribution.Demonstrated success in logistics consolidation, shared services and operational transformation.Strong commercial understanding of distribution economics, CAPEX/OPEX and logistics technology.Proven ability to lead large teams and complex change initiatives.We want someone who has built, transformed and run complex distribution networks, delivering measurable business results.Next StepsIf this opportunity matches your experience and ambitions, please upload your resume through our application system.
