Head of Operations

IceRebus designs, builds and operates ice vending machines. More than 1,700 of our machines run in 50+ countries, from our headquarters and factory in Split, Croatia, with companies in the UK and the USA.We're moving from selling machines to running a global network, working with major European retail and fuel chains and regional partners in each country. To scale, every machine has to stay live. That's your job.About the roleAs Head of Operations, you own everything that happens to a machine after it leaves the factory: service, deployment, spare parts, logistics and the data behind it. You report directly to the CEO, with a clear path to COO.What you'll do

• Keep fleet uptime at 98%+ and make 24–48 h downtime response the standard in every market
• Build and manage service partners and technicians across countries
• Lead chain rollouts (retail, fuel) from site survey to first sale
• Run spare-parts stock, transport and logistics so no machine waits for a part
• Run the weekly operations scorecard and the Monday operations meeting
• Use v-CORE (our IoT platform) and ERP data to spot problems before customers do
• Write and enforce service standards (installs, cleaning, repairs, hygiene)
• Feed field problems back to Production so the next series is better
• Lead and grow the operations, field service and logistics teamWhat you bring
• 5+ years in operations, including at least 2 years leading a team
• Hands-on experience in field service or logistics for physical assets: vending, EV charging, kiosks, ATMs, telecom, coolers or similar
• You run on numbers, set KPIs and hold people to them
• Experience working across countries or with external service partners
• Fluent English; Croatian is a strong plus
