Project Finance & Capital Raising- Arrange institutional project financing between USD 4 million and USD 50 million.- Approach family offices, private equity investors, investment funds, banks, and financial institutions.- Structure equity investment, secured lending, project debt, and hybrid financing arrangements.- Lead investor negotiations, term-sheet discussions, financial due diligence, and capital closing.- Develop funding strategies for new projects without relying solely on existing company revenue.2. Banking & Investment Portfolio Development- Arrange capital for proposed banking-related ventures, regulated financial businesses, and asset-backed investment portfolios in India and the UAE.- Identify investment partners for distressed asset acquisitions, mortgage portfolios, and structured finance transactions.- Coordinate cross-border investment structures and banking relationships.- Develop long-term institutional funding channels and strategic investment partnerships.3. Financial Structuring & Investor Relations- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, feasibility studies, and capital deployment strategies.- Coordinate investment documentation, escrow arrangements, investor protection mechanisms, and transaction execution.- Work with legal and compliance teams to satisfy applicable RBI, FEMA, SEBI, UAE Central Bank, and other relevant regulatory requirements.- Maintain transparent investor reporting and institutional governance.Mandatory Eligibility- Minimum 10 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, capital raising, or institutional financing.- Proven track record arranging or closing multimillion-dollar financing transactions.- Direct access to credible investors, family offices, banks, private lenders, or investment institutions.- Ability and willingness to independently originate and execute funding transactions.- Experience handling transactions valued between USD 4 million and USD 50 million.- Strong financial negotiation, capital structuring, and transaction management capabilities.- Willingness to participate as a long-term strategic equity partner.Compensation & Equity PartnershipThis position is structured around capital mobilization and measurable funding achievements.- Equity Partnership: Negotiable, based on responsibilities, capital contribution, and successfully arranged financing.- Executive Salary: Determined by verified capital contribution, funding milestones, and mutually agreed performance conditions.- Performance Incentives: Subject to successful transaction completion and applicable regulatory requirements.- Long-Term Opportunity: Leadership participation in BLACKBULL's India–UAE financial and investment expansion.Important Selection ConditionsWe are not seeking conventional salaried executives or advisory-only consultants.We require experienced finance professionals who are ready to take responsibility for arranging real institutional capital and converting qualified investment opportunities into completed funding transactions.Candidates must demonstrate credible investor access, previous financing achievements, and the ability to execute funding mandates.All financing and banking-related activities will be subject to necessary regulatory permissions, investor due diligence, and applicable laws.How to ApplySubmit your updated CV along with:1.
