Head of Security

Head of Security Division Location: UAE Industry: Facilities Management / Security Services Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Head of Security Division to lead and grow a large-scale security services operation in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outsourced security services, with proven experience managing multiple contracts, large operational teams, client relationships, and divisional profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Security Division, ensuring efficient operations, service quality, and business performance. Manage multiple security contracts across commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties. Oversee manpower planning, deployment, contract mobilization, and operational performance. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs. Drive business growth through new contracts, tenders, client retention, and renewals. Manage divisional budgets, operational costs, revenue, and profitability. Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations, including SIRA requirements. Oversee security systems, including CCTV, access control, and visitor management technologies. Lead and develop security managers, supervisors, and operational teams. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 10-15 years of experience in security operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. Strong background in an established security services provider or Facilities Management company in the UAE. Proven experience managing large security teams, multiple outsourced contracts, and divisional operations. Strong commercial understanding, including P&L management, tendering, budgeting, and business development. Good knowledge of SIRA regulations and UAE security industry standards. Experience managing security services for corporate towers, commercial developments, hospitality, or mixed-use properties is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
