- Minimum 2 years of experience in premium or fine dining restaurants
- Good knowledge of wine, sake, and cocktails
- Confidence working with POS systems
- Strong communication skills and a natural, attentive approach to service
- Understanding of food safety procedures and allergen management
- Valid right to work in Austria๐๐ป ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ:
- Experience in Japanese or contemporary Asian restaurants
- WSET Level 2 or recognised sake qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hotels or private members' clubs
- Additional language skills
