Our "At Your Doorstep" service brings fittings and alterations to our clients' homes.THE ROLEYou will represent MANEL in our clients' homes. Your measurements and fittings decide whether a dress fits perfectlythe first time, so precision, discretion and warm, polished service matter as much as your tailoring.WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Visit clients at home for fittings, measurements and alterations.
• Take measurements using MANEL's standard measurement sheet and send complete, accurate details toProduction.
• Carry out alterations on site where possible, or bring garments back to the production facility with clear instructions.
• Handle and transport garments with care, protecting fabric and finish.
• Deliver a discreet, respectful and professional luxury experience in every home.
• Manage your appointment schedule and travel efficiently with the Customer Care team.
• Record each visit and share client feedback.HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
• Fit achieved at first fitting
• Garments needing remakes or repeat alterations
• Client satisfaction
• Punctuality and appointments completedWHAT YOU BRING
• 5+ years of experience in tailoring and alterations, ideally with luxury, bridal or evening wear and delicate fabrics.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Polished presentation and excellent communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Available to join within one month.WHAT WE OFFER
