Role Description The Director at CSIPL will provide strategic leadership across business functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision in industrial automation and digital transformation. Responsibilities include defining long-term growth strategies, overseeing key client relationships, and guiding major projects from planning through execution. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, manage budgets, and ensure delivery quality and compliance with industry standards. This role also involves mentoring senior leaders, strengthening governance, and identifying new market opportunities in sectors such as Smart Lighting, Oil & Gas, Smart Water, and Smart City solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular engagement with internal teams, customers, and partners.QualificationsProven leadership experience in industrial automation, digital transformation, or related technology-driven sectors.Strong background in strategy development, business planning, and organizational growth management.Experience overseeing complex, large-scale projects, including hardware and software solution delivery.Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including global clients, partners, and vendors.Solid understanding of operations management, budgeting, and performance metrics.Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability.Knowledge of Smart Lighting, Oil & Gas, Smart Water, Smart City, or similar industry domains is highly beneficial.Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Experience working within quality frameworks such as ISO 9001 or comparable standards.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, technology, management, or a related field.
