HR Manager / Senior HR Manager - Sovereign Wealth Fund - UAE Nationals Only

We are working with one of the largest sovereign investors in the region, based in Dubai, on a senior hire for their Human Resources team. The organisation plays a long-term role in the growth of the Emirate and is building out its people function.This role is part of our client's Emiratisation programme and is open to UAE Nationals only.The roleYou will run day-to-day HR for the organisation and act as a trusted partner to senior management. A hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle.What you'll doManage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and offboardingOversee payroll, compensation and benefits, working closely with FinanceHandle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary mattersDevelop and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour lawLead performance management, talent development and training plansSupport Emiratisation targets, workforce planning and HR reporting to managementKeep HR systems and employee records accurate and compliantWhat we're looking for5 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, government-related entities or a large corporateSolid knowledge of UAE labour law, payroll and benefits administrationExperience handling employee relations and building HR policiesBachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field; CIPD or SHRM is a plusFluent English and ArabicWhat's on offerA senior role at a leading long-term investor in DubaiCompetitive package and benefitsThe chance to shape the people function as the organisation grows
