HR Specialist - Fresh Graduate

On behalf of Huawei Technologies, we are looking for an HR Specialist – Fresh Graduate.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Specialist located in Santiago, Chile. The HR Specialist will support a broad range of Human Resources activities, working closely with the local business and regional HR teams.This position is ideal for a fresh graduate who is highly motivated to develop a long-term career in Human Resources within a global technology company. The role will provide exposure to different HR processes, employee management, HR operations, and business support activities.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR activities and processes across the organization.Work closely with business teams to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.Support the implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.Assist with employee-related processes throughout the employee lifecycle.Support HR reporting, documentation, and data management.Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on different HR projects and initiatives.Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies.Use Chinese and English in daily communication with internal stakeholders and regional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldGraduated in 2025 or 20260–2 years of professional experienceFresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong interest in developing a career in Human ResourcesExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsFluent Chinese and English communication skillsPrevious experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus, but not mandatoryWorking Location: Santiago, ChileNOTE: Only CVs submitted in English will be considered.
