Are you a commercially minded HR leader who thrives on partnering with senior stakeholders, navigating complex people challenges and driving meaningful business transformation?Our client, a leading multinational organisation within the FMCG and consumer goods sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – People & Culture (HR Business Partner) to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Operating in a dynamic and evolving business environment, our client is seeking a hands-on HR professional who can act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating commercial priorities into impactful people initiatives.This is a highly business-facing role, combining operational HR leadership with strategic contributions across organisational effectiveness, talent management and business transformation.This opportunity offers the chance to play an influential role within a global organisation undergoing significant transformation, working closely with senior leaders to shape people priorities and strengthen organisational performance.The successful candidate will be challenged across HR business partnering, organisational design and talent management, while navigating complex employee relations matters and driving the local execution of regional and global HR initiatives.With a strong emphasis on operational delivery, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, influencing stakeholders and implementing practical solutions that deliver measurable results.You will gain exposure to international HR practices, cross-functional collaboration and organisational change initiatives, while contributing directly to workforce capability, employee engagement and business performance.Given the commercial nature of the role and the level of stakeholder engagement involved, our client is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:HR Experience: Ideally 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including a strong background in HR Business Partnering or HR management.Industry Background: Experience within a multinational organisation, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods or another commercially driven environment.Business Partnering: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate business priorities into people strategies and provide hands-on HR support.HR Expertise: Strong exposure to organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations and change management, with a good understanding of Saudi labour regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
