Human Resources Operations Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR Operations for internal employees and client-deployed workforce.Oversee onboarding, BGV, employee documentation, transfers, offboarding, and full & final settlement.Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, incentives, reimbursements, and HRMS.Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and escalations.Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, EPF, ESIC, POSH, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.Manage client relationships and coordinate with TA, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other teams.Develop HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, SLAs, and process improvements.Lead, mentor, and manage HR Operations and People Transition teams.Monitor workforce reporting, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
