Join a business where your ideas matter, your impact is visible, and your growth is part of our success.We are looking for a forward-thinking HR Operations Manager to lead our cross-border HR team through a period of significant business transformation, leveraging technology and process innovation to enhance the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.Your tasks and responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists and Working StudentsPartner with employees, managers, and business leaders to provide expert HR support and guidance.Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies.Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to exit.Manage external payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.Optimize HR systems to enhance efficiency, reporting, and data quality.Standardize and streamline HR processes to improve service delivery, compliance, and employee satisfaction.Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives and support business transformation.Use data and insights to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.Ensure HR operations comply with employment legislation and company policies.Your skills and experience:Proven experience leading HR Operations teams or similarStrong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.Experience managing external payroll providers in a multi-country environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in a regulated environment is an advantage.Passion for continuous improvement, business transformation, and employee experience.Strong interest in leveraging technology and automation to enhance HR services.Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.Fluency in English and German.What we offer:An exciting working environment and challenging tasksExtensive insight into the European fund industryFriendly, international and goal-oriented working environmentHigh degree of independent workInteresting discountsFree Deutschland ticketAttractive home office arrangements and working time flexibility
