In-House Lawyer

About UsEUNICE ENERGY GROUP is a dynamic and innovative group of companies operating in the energy sector, with a strong focus on renewable energy and sustainable development.As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and qualified In-House Lawyer to join our Legal Department and contribute to the Group's ongoing business activities and strategic projects.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal agreements.Providing legal advice and support to the Group's companies, business units and departments.Preparing, reviewing and maintaining corporate legal documentation, including resolutions of corporate governing bodies and other corporate records.Advising on day-to-day legal matters in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.Supporting the Legal Department in addressing corporate, commercial and energy-related legal matters.Working closely with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors, as required.Reporting directly to the Head of Legal Department.Requirements / Skills and CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Law.Qualification as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece and active membership in the Athens Bar Association or another Greek Bar Association.4–6 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or an in-house legal department, preferably involving corporate, commercial and/or energy law.A postgraduate degree (LL.M. or MSc) in Corporate and/or Commercial Law will be considered a strong asset.Previous experience in regulatory compliance and/or corporate compliance matters will be considered an additional asset.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Strong legal drafting, analytical and communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with different business functions.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.Ability to take initiative, work independently and assume increasing responsibilities within the Legal Department.What We OfferA competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and professional experience.A full-time professional engagement.A collaborative and professional working environment that values integrity, teamwork, transparent communication and continuous feedback.Opportunities for professional development and further enhancement of legal expertise.The opportunity to grow within an innovative and expanding Group of Companies operating in the renewable energy sector.Join Our TeamIf you are a motivated legal professional looking to develop your career in a dynamic corporate environment and contribute to challenging projects in the energy sector, we would be pleased to hear from you.
