WE ARE HIRINGInbound Tour Sales & Operations ManagerLook Lanka Tours | Balapitiya, Sri Lanka | Full-timeTurn travel enquiries into confirmed holidays.Look Lanka Tours is looking for an experienced tourism professional to take ownership of our inbound tour sales and daily operations.We arrange tailor-made holidays, private tours and travel experiences across Sri Lanka for international travellers. You will work with enquiries generated through our marketing channels, understand each customer’s needs, recommend suitable travel arrangements and convert those enquiries into profitable bookings.This is an active leadership role. You will personally handle customers, lead the existing team and take responsibility for the journey from the first enquiry through to tour delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert enquiries into bookings: Handle international customer enquiries through email, WhatsApp and calls, build trust and guide customers towards a booking decision.Plan and sell Sri Lanka holidays: Develop suitable itineraries covering accommodation, transport, sightseeing and experiences, based on customer interests and budgets.Prepare accurate quotations: Manage tour costing, present clear proposals and explain the value of the recommended arrangements.Follow up consistently: Maintain contact with prospective customers, address concerns, discuss suitable alternatives and agree clear next steps.Lead the team: Organise daily work, coach staff, review outstanding enquiries and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.Manage the CRM: Keep customer records, sales stages, follow-up tasks and booking details accurate and up to date.Coordinate tour operations: Oversee reservations, hotels, drivers, guides and other suppliers with the team, ensuring arrangements match what was agreed with the customer.Take ownership of results: Work towards agreed sales and profitability targets, resolve customer issues professionally and report on bookings, pending opportunities and reasons for lost sales.What We Are Looking ForA minimum of five years of relevant inbound tourism experience, including direct tour sales and operational coordination.A proven record of converting international travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan destinations, hotels, travel routes, experiences, tour costing and supplier coordination.Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence in customer consultations and sales conversations.Experience handling European, UK or Australian customers will be an advantage.Strong follow-up, negotiation, organisation and problem-solving skills.Experience leading a small team and using CRM systems to manage enquiries and daily work.The ability to work independently, make sound decisions within company guidelines and take responsibility for outcomes.The OpportunityYou will have a direct role in developing Look Lanka’s sales performance and managing daily tour operations, working with the existing team and reporting directly to the Director.Remuneration will be discussed based on experience and demonstrated results.How to ApplySend your CV and a brief summary of your inbound tourism experience and sales achievements to:hr@looklanka.comEmail subject: Inbound Tour Sales & Operations Manager - Your NamePlease include your expected remuneration and earliest available joining date.Look Lanka Tourswww.looklanka.com
