Job SummaryOur client, Old Bridge Minerals, is searching for an Inventory Manager.The Inventory Manager oversees all aspects of the Company’s inventory of spare parts, equipment, and PPE used to maintain plant operations. The candidate will also ensure accuracy, optimize stock levels, and minimize waste while meeting operational needs.Pay: $55K - $70K + Yearly BonusDuties:Tracking stock levels, recording deliveries and shipments, and using software to analyze inventory dataForecasting demand, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to ensure sufficient stock without overstockingConducting regular inventory audits, reconciling stock levels, and adhering to company policies and industry standardsIncludes working with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs

Requirements

Mechanically inclinedA Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required5+ years of experience in inventory management or related roles is requiredStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Spreadsheet, and Outlook)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsForklift CertifiedBilingual (Spanish) is a plusExperience in Business Central (Microsoft 365) is a plus
