LCG Investment Analyst What You’ll Do & Who You’ll Work With:The Investment Analyst is an integral part of multiple client teams supporting our institutional and private wealth clients. They will collaborate with our Consultants and Senior Consultants to provide support in various client-specific analytical activities. Typical responsibilities include preparing performance reports and exhibits, supporting manager searches and analyses, assisting with Investment Committee materials, and contributing to internal research projects.In addition to supporting client-related analytical activities, the Investment Analyst will participate in the firm's investment research process across traditional and alternative asset classes, including public equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private capital, and real estate. Analysts regularly meet with investment managers, assist with investment manager due diligence, prepare and document manager meetings, summarize key findings, and contribute to the firm's ongoing evaluation and monitoring of investment strategies. This provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of investment approaches and interact directly with investment professionals early in one's career.This is an entry-level role designed for early-career professionals. Analysts work under close supervision, receive comprehensive training, and progressively take on responsibility as skills develop. Success in the first year is defined by strong analytical execution, contribution to the team, responsiveness, and demonstrated growth.What We’re Looking For: Strong academic credentials preferring candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics with a keen interest in the capital markets. An exceptional work ethic along with strong analytical, writing and communication skills. A highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter, able to work independently, receptive to feedback, and willing to learn. Multi-tasker: Well-organized and efficient, with the ability to manage deadline-driven work and shifting priorities.Strong attention to detail as accurate and timely reporting is essential. A positive, “can do” attitude regarding every task as an opportunity to learn.LCG maintains a strong professional development culture. Analysts are expected to pursue the CFA designation, with firm-sponsored support, followed by the CAIA designation as their role and responsibilities evolve.
